The Plan

Had plan to go to gym with my colleague at her place, but hey we had to work extra hours to get things done for our upcoming conferences etc! By the time we finish its late and all we think of is sleep and sleep and sleep !!!

So i am totally getting fat (well a couple on inches increased on the waist, butt and thighs!!!) and definitely not fit! Arrghhh i must replan my exercise regime.

So here is my plan so far for next week that is!

Monday-Thursday :
Morning and whenever using the LRT - Run up and down the LRT staircases plus powerwalk to office in between.

Evening - 20 mins on the runner, 20 mins cycling and 20 mins weight lifting in gym.

Friday :
Morning - jogging around the block (yeayy we are on holiday this friday).
Evening - powerwalk around the neighbourhood.

Saturday-Sunday :
Laundry and total spring cleaning (thank god we don't have washing machine!)

There you go the plan for next week, now all left is to realise it.

Kendo vs Kumdo

Its been a boring weekend for me today. My little niece not around so things kind of quiet...really quiet! Thats remind me of my used to be weekend activities....my on-hold kendo (kumdo) class...i'm really missing it!

Its was once a week class every saturday evening at WMAC but since its moved away i had to called off my activities. Thinking of joining the class which being held at Ampang Sports Planet - the master's owned gym and class but still hessitating due to her insufficient english.....i am confused when she gave orders! Especially when her daughter not around to help out...my smooth moves getting not so smooth...lol (praising oneself to boost my socalled confident) ;) My korean in not exactly perfect - i can understand but at times things goes chaos!!! So get i the penalty aplenty!

Well, thinking and doing is altogether two different things right? Its hard work i tell you! But i love the precise, the discipline and the beauty of the swordplay ...its way to cool...i dont particularly like using the bamboo sword the wooden sword is way better... i remember i get to do up to steps 12 if i'm not mistaken before i hang my swords! So if i'm to start class again, i will have to restart everything...cool and not cool...tired and sore shoulders would be the result...but hey as they say no pain no gain!

So i am still thinking...:)

Gym Class WMAC

Hey you all!

Its has been six months since the last time i went for a gym class at WMAC. Missed them like crazy but hey what to do! They had moved to The Weld which is a fair distance away from me .....

Fortunately i've been able to visit it last week and meet up with few old gym-buddies. Thank god for the appointment which kind of dragged me there...the is place is wow...so much cooler then before when it was at City Square... kind of pump you up for more exercise !!!

The centre still have the same classes and such, plus a lot more of dance classes. I guess its boogeey time there eh? ;)

I sure hope that something good will come my way and then i will be able to join them up.
